"I am delighted to provide this testimonial as a graduand of the Business Administration program. My journey throughout these years has been nothing short of transformative, and I am immensely grateful for the knowledge, skills, and experiences I have gained.

From the moment I stepped foot into the program, I was greeted by a faculty of dedicated lecturers who are experts in their fields. Their passion for teaching and commitment to our success were evident in every lecture, discussion, and assignment. Their guidance and mentorship helped shape my understanding of business principles and equipped me with the necessary tools to thrive in the ever-changing corporate landscape.

As an alumnus, I know the culture of TAR. I am always enjoying being a part-time lecturer, invited speaker, and Industry Expert Advisory Panel for the Bachelor and Diploma in Business Administration. Teaching a unique set of values and ideals, as the alumni perspective, formed by the values that our alma mater taught me, is key to retaining the strength of TAR culture. As TAR inevitably changes to continue providing the best education possible, alumni voices are invaluable in conversations about the direction headed. This ensures that the mission is understood, sustained, and empowered as it grows.

The curriculum itself was well-rounded and comprehensive, covering a wide range of subjects including finance, marketing, human resources, operations, and strategic management. This holistic approach allowed me to develop a solid foundation in all aspects of business administration and understand how they intertwine to drive organizational success.

One aspect that truly stood out during my studies was the emphasis on experiential learning. Through internships, case studies, and real-world projects, I had the opportunity to apply classroom theories to practical scenarios. These experiences not only strengthened my problem-solving and decision-making skills but also provided me with a glimpse into the challenges and complexities of the business world.

Furthermore, the program fostered a collaborative and inclusive learning environment. Working closely with my peers from diverse backgrounds and cultures enhanced my ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and appreciate different perspectives. These interpersonal skills are invaluable in today's globalized business environment, where collaboration and cultural understanding are crucial.

I would be remiss not to mention the strong network I built during my time in the Business Administration program. The alumni community and networking events facilitated by the university allowed me to connect with successful professionals across various industries. These connections have opened doors to mentorship opportunities, internships, and potential career prospects, further enriching my educational experience.

In conclusion, I am immensely proud to be a graduand of the Business Administration program. The program has provided me with a comprehensive education, practical skills, and a supportive network that has set me up for success in my future endeavors. I am confident that the knowledge and experiences I gained during my studies will serve as a solid foundation for a fulfilling and prosperous career in the world of business administration. "

Currently work as a Commercial Airline Pilot; and was

IT administrator at Plexus Manufacturing Sdn Bhd (2017-2019)

Qualification attained in TAR UMT: Diploma In Information Technology (formerly known as Diploma In Science (Information Systems Engineering))

"It has been a fruitful and best time of my college life in the 2 years studying Diploma in Computer Science: Information Systems Engineering. I have learned a lot and comprehensive computer knowledge from computer programming to PC hardware itself.

Currently, I am a Pilot but previously was working as an IT administrator which greatly relied on my past learning experience as well as knowledge so that I can apply them to my job scope. For example, I can write a simple yet useful BAT file to automate software installation on Windows OS operating systems. I also learned computer networking knowledge and skills during the course. With the networking background knowledge, I could troubleshoot users' issues such as why devices can't communicate with backend servers or other devices. All of these important fundamentals certainly help me a lot in my job.

Good job to TAR UMT and also, dearest lecturers. Thanks! "
